Contact information of conference registrants will be made available to Sponsors, Exhibitors and VIP Registrants. If you do not want your contact info release please contact Gene Jones at email@example.com to opt out of having your info released.
If you cannot attend, written notification must be received at least 10 working days prior to the conference. You may either send a substitute or receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee if your request is received before the 10 day period. No refunds will be granted after the 10 notice period for any reason. In the event of bad weather, viral infection or if the conference is cancelled, the Southeast Recycling Conference (SERC) is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will SERC issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
Because we will be sending VIP Registrants the pre-registered database containing full contact information, once the database is distributed there will be no refunds. If cancellation is requested prior to the VIP Database being distributed, the Regular Registration Cancellation Policy above applies.
If you wish to explore earning continuing education credit for your participation in SERC from the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), please send the program agenda, proof of attendance (a certificate of attendance or registration confirmation will suffice), and a list of all of the conference sessions you attended to firstname.lastname@example.org. SWANA will review the information and determine whether it can award credit.
