If you cannot attend, written notification must be received at least 10 working days prior to the conference. You may either send a substitute or receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee if your request is received before the 10 day period. No refunds will be granted after the 10 notice period for any reason. In the event of bad weather, viral infection or if the conference is cancelled, the Southeast Recycling Conference (SERC) is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will SERC issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
Because we will be sending VIP Registrants the pre-registered database containing full contact information, once the database is distributed there will be no refunds. If cancellation is requested prior to the VIP Database being distributed, the Regular Registration Cancellation Policy above applies.
Contact information of conference registrants will be made available to Sponsors, Exhibitors and VIP Registrants. If you do not want your contact info release please contact Gene Jones at gene@swixusa.org to opt out of having your info released.
