If you are not registered as a SERC Trade Show or Conference Registrant,  you will be removed from our room block and you will be charged the  prevailing rack rate at the time of the conference.

SERC has been alerted to a problem affecting exhibitors at other recycling related trade shows.

Businesses that have no business relationship with the trade shows  are calling exhibitors and posing as wholesale vendors who provide  conference vendors with hotel rooms at deeply discounted rates.

We will NOT call you to solicit your hotel reservation.  For your own  protection, do not make reservations through an unknown housing or  travel company.

If you are or have been approached by a third-party company  purporting to sell you a room at SERC, do not give them your credit card  information unless you determine for certain that they are affiliated  with the hotel.  Otherwise, you may lose the charges you authorize and  you will not have a room at SERC.
