Justin Davis is a six-year veteran of the waste industry with extensive experience in operations, sales leadership, consulting, and management roles. He holds a master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on finance and investment management, from the University of Texas, an master’s degree in aeronautical science, and a bachelor’s degree in aviation technology. A former Naval Aviator, Davis served in the United States Navy from 2002 to 2016.    Prior to joining AMP, he was the general manager for the Fort Wayne Business Unit at Republic Services, overseeing a division of over 200 employees, including two landfills, two hauling divisions, and a recycling center. Currently, as director of commercial origination and business development for AMP, Davis is helping to bring the revolutionary AI-enabled sortation system AMP ONE to market.
