Under his leadership, USA Gypsum has pioneered innovative solutions for reclaiming and repurposing gypsum, offering sustainable alternatives for agriculture and construction.

Following the acquisition of USA Gypsum by Beneficial Reuse Management, LLC (BRM) in 2023, Terry continues to lead as Division President. This strategic merger integrates recycled drywall into BRM's portfolio of gypsum sources, enhancing the company’s commitment to sustainable practices and expanding gypsum supply for various industries.

An advocate for environmentally responsible practices, Terry has been deeply involved in industry associations, serving as Past President and chair of the Construction & Demolition Recycling Association’s (CDRA) Gypsum Recycling Committee.
