Angie Webb serves as the Chief of Recycled Products & Marketing with the Maryland Environmental Service (MES), where she oversees the marketing and distribution of recycled commodities collected through curbside recycling programs, as well as the state’s signature soil amendment products, Leafgro® and Leafgro GOLD®, produced in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties.    With 19 years of experience in the recycling and solid waste management industry, Angie has developed deep expertise in sustainable materials management, product branding, and market development for recycled materials. Her leadership has helped expand the visibility and market reach of locally produced compost and soil products, supporting Maryland’s circular economy and environmental sustainability goals.  She is passionate about transforming what was once considered “waste” into valuable resources that support healthy soils, cleaner communities, and a greener future.
