Decentralized Deployment of Chemical Recycling: An Effective Approach to Addressing Plastic Waste Feedstock Challenges

This presentation presents a comprehensive update on the emerging paradigm of decentralized deployments in chemical recycling, a novel approach aimed at overcoming the challenges associated with waste plastic feedstocks. The conventional model of centralized recycling systems faces logistical hurdles and transportation costs, particularly when dealing with the vast qualities of diverse plastic waste streams. In response, our research and actual deployments propose a transformation shift by strategically locating recycling processes closer to the source of plastic waste.  

Kenny Davis is the Chief Commercial Officer at Resynergi focused on accelerating advanced recycling for the circular economy.  Kenny is a seasoned marketer and deal-maker, who has launched $B businesses as a Fortune 500 executive and had a successful exit as a founder/CEO. Over his 30+ career he has negotiated dozens of deals with Fortune 500 companies. He holds a BA from Vassar College and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School.
