Bill Caesar is the CEO of WCA Waste Corporation, headquartered in Houston, Texas. WCA has waste collection and disposal operations in several states across the Midwest, Southeast, and Southwest. Prior to this role, Bill was the President of WM Recycling and the Organic Growth Group at Waste Management. Bill joined Waste Management in 2010 as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to Waste Management, Bill was a Principal in the Atlanta Office of McKinsey & Company and had been with the Firm for 13 years. Bill was a leader in the North American Energy & Materials practice, focusing on basic materials, chemicals and biofuels.
